Lienra helps contractors prepare demand letters, file mechanics-lien documents, respond to license-board complaints, and submit bond-claim packages — guiding workflows through state-specific deadlines and procedural requirements.

Lienra accounts give you access to case files, generated documents, deadline tracking, and Kayron interactions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for the actions taken under your account. The platform is intended for legitimate contractor payment-recovery and compliance work; do not use it for unlawful purposes.

Certain features of the Lienra platform may require payment. These may include:

• Document generation
• Legal workflow tools
• Subscription-based protection plans

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By purchasing a service, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lienra and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Lienra's aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
